| Shipments & Deliveries |
Orders can be collected in person at our premises, however certain items might not be available at all times.
We therefore ask you to email us in advance (info@farmaciabavutti.it) or to call us +39 0536 91 06 52 to verify and confirm collection details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free on all orders above 40 Euro. Orders under 40 Euro will incur a 7 Euro delivery charge.
C.O.D orders are subject to a 4 Euro delivery charge. International shipping available: please contact us for morel information on shipping costs.
INSPECTION OF GOODS ON DELIVERY: KEY POINTS
- Carefully check all packages upon delivery. In case of anomalies (open or damaged) please accept the order subject to reservation of title (signing the 'subject to reservation' clause on the invoice) or, otherwise, open the parcel in front of the courier;
- Any shipping damage must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order. Any communication of damages resulting from transport and made after the specified amount of time will not be accepted.
DELIVERY TIME AND METHODS
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours; in exceptional cases delivery may take up to 20 business days. It is always clearly shown when ordering.
If an item on the catalogue is due to arrive, customers can still add it to their shopping cart and place the order: they will be notified about the impossibility of confirming an exact delivery date. Once they become available, items will be sent to those customers who previously place an order, before reconfirming their availability on the catalogue. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email.

Delivery is free.
Once ordered, an item will become 'ready for dispatch'. If available, it can be immediately collected by the client at our shop in Fiorano Modenese. Should the item not be available, will will notify you via email or phone about the estimated arrival date.
In order to avoid unnecessary overstocking, we invite our customers to collect their orders as soon as possible at our pharmacy in Fiorano Modenese.
Our shop is open from 8.30AM to 17.30PM Monday to Friday. Unless specified otherwise, we are always open on Saturday mornings.
